This pack is packed with powerful nutrients that support weight loss and offer many other health benefits to keep you feeling your best every day.
Day 1
- Breakfast: Yogurt + 20g Nutri Care pack (nuts & seeds)
- Lunch: Grilled chicken breast + mixed salad
- Snack: Apple slices or Fruits
- Dinner: Tuna + steamed broccoli, Potato
Day 2
- Breakfast: Oatmeal cooked topped with 20g of Nutri Care Mix and fruits
- Lunch: Brown rice with sautéed vegetables, Add 1 tbsp of the mix on top for extra nutrients.
- Snack: Apple slices and 10g of Almonds
- Dinner: Smoked Fish with a side of spinach and mixed veggies.
Day 3

- Lunch: Grilled chicken bowl with quinoa, avocado, and vegetables; top with a sprinkle of your mix.
- Snack: low fat Yogurt with 1 tbsp Nutri Care Mix.
- Dinner: Grilled vegetables and brown rice and dhal
Day 5
- Breakfast: White milk with 30g of Nutri Care Mix on top.
- Lunch: Rice , salad mix and fish
Snack: A small bowl of Nutri Care Mix + a few Almond or any nuts - Dinner: Baked salmon, vegetable soup
Day 6
- Breakfast: Smoothie bowl topped with sliced fruits Nutri Care Mix
- Lunch: Pasta salad with veggies and grilled chicken, garnished with your mix.

Day 7
- Breakfast: Overnight oats with milk, 30g of Nutri Care Mix

- Snack: Fruit juice

Tips for Best Results
