1. Return Window
You may request a return within 2 days of your order being delivered.
2. Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unopened and unused.
The product must be in the original packaging.
Once a food pack is opened, it cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Who Pays for Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong order placed), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
We only offer refunds if the product is not in good condition to eat after delivery.
No exchanges are offered once the product has been delivered.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 1 week.
